Prestige Espresso opened on Rucker Avenue with one simple conviction: coffee should taste like coffee, and a good pastry should make you stop mid-sentence. We source green beans from roasters who treat the crop like a craft, and we bake in small batches so what sits on the shelf at 8 a.m. still feels like it came out of the oven at 6.
There are no loyalty apps here, no loyalty points to chase. Just a well-tended espresso machine, a chalkboard that changes with the seasons, and a counter wide enough to hold a conversation.
A place to linger, not just to grab.
We designed the shop to feel like a living room that happens to serve excellent coffee. Light comes in through the front window. The counter is wide enough to set a book down and not have it slide into the espresso machine. There are a few tables for working, a couple of chairs by the window for reading, and an outlet or two if you need them.
Weekdays are quiet until about 9. Weekends fill up faster, especially on good weather days when the sidewalk outside gets a table or two. If you're meeting someone, call ahead — we can hold a corner.
Come by when it's convenient.
We're on Rucker Avenue, just south of Hewitt. Park on the street or pull into the lot behind the strip.
